Biographical Statement: I am a graduate student at the Climate Change Institute at the University of Maine, pursuing a Master’s in Quaternary and Climate Studies. I am from Denmark and hold a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Geoinformatics from the University of Copenhagen, which included a semester abroad in New Zealand. Before my current academic pursuit, I worked on remote sensing of peripheral glaciers in Greenland. Now, here in Maine, I am excited to continue my remote sensing work on transitioning glaciers in the southern part of Greenland.
Research Area: My research interests include remote sensing, photogrammetry, glacier mass balance, and sea/ice interaction.
