Biographical Statement: I’m a M.S. student in the School of Earth and Climate Sciences, working with Dr. Ryan Cassotto. In 2025, I graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in Physics. I first became interested in glaciers when I worked on the Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau in 2023. The following summer, I was a student in the Juneau Icefield Research Program, where I learned about geophysics and remote sensing, and decided I wanted to use my Physics background to study the cryosphere.

Research Area: I’m studying the deformation and movement of glaciers and their surrounding environments using Terrestrial Radar Interferometry. I’m particularly interested in early hazard detection.
