Biographical Statement: I earned my B.S. in Environmental Science with minors in Chemistry and Geology, along with an Associate’s degree in Geospatial Technology from Lake Superior State University in 2024. While at Lake State, I focused on developing methods for analyzing microplastic and geological samples using the Agilent 8700 LDIR. After graduation, I joined a biotechnology lab, where I assisted with enzyme production and the research and development of new products. My primary interest is in climate science, so I’m excited for the opportunity to pursue it through my graduate studies!

Research Area: My research will focus on the detection and parametrization of volcanic products in ice cores.
