Biographical Sketch: I’m a communications leader with a unique blend of experience across high-profile media brands, government public affairs and cross-platform storytelling. For more than a decade, I’ve helped organizations communicate with clarity, creativity and purpose – through strategic messaging, content campaigns and compelling narratives in film and television.

As a producer and documentary filmmaker, I’ve built a career developing character-driven stories for national audiences. In parallel, as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, I’ve led communications in high-stakes, high-visibility environments. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling – always with the goal of creating connection, trust and impact.

Research Area: Today, I focus my lens on climate communication. Through my graduate studies at the University of Maine and independent climate storytelling projects, I’m working to make the human dimensions of climate change more visible, relatable and urgent. I’m passionate about using communications to advance resilience, advocacy and innovation – especially in spaces where science and story must meet.
