Journey into Climate is told through the personal experiences of the internationally acclaimed glaciologist, climatologist, and polar explorer Paul Andrew Mayewski. He and his teams have traveled throughout Antarctica, the Himalayas, Greenland, the South American Andes, and the Southern Ocean to understand how and why climate changes. By living and working in some of the most remote places on Earth, their journey documents the critical role played by past climate changes on the course of civilization. Mayewski has many media appearances, including multiple “CBS 60 Minutes” episodes and the Emmy Award winning “Years of Living Dangerously.”
