Kit Hamley awarded AAUW American Dissertation Fellowship
Kit Hamley, EES PhD Candidate in SBE/CCI, has been awarded a highly competitive American Dissertation Fellowship from the American Association of University Women. This $25,000 fellowship will support Kit for 2023-2024 as she completes her dissertation, which leverages new tools to understand human prehistory in Maine and the Falkland Islands. Kit was previously supported by a CCI Research Assistantship for her M.S. in Quaternary and Climate Studies, as well as a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, a Chase Distinguished Research Assistantship, and A Janet Waldron Doctoral Research Fellowship.
