I am a graduate student working with Dr. Aaron Putnam. I am researching the retreat of moutain glaciers in the Altai Mountains of Mongolia during the Quaternary using geomorphic mapping and 10Be surface exposure dating. The chronology of these mountain glaciers in continental Asia will help inform our understanding of the timing and durating of the last termination.
