The Washington Post reported temperatures in the Arctic are 20 degrees warmer than average for this time of year, according to the Climate Reanalyzer website run by the Climate Change Institute at the University of Maine. The Sydney Morning Herald also cited the Climate Reanalyzer website in a story on record-setting summer temperatures in the state of New South Wales in southeastern Australia.
