Maine Climate Future: 2015 Update Report – MOFGA Conference – Fernandez
Ivan Fernandez, professor in the School of Forest Resources and the Climate Change Institute, introduced the Maine’s Climate Future: 2015 Update report at the Maine Organic Farmers and Growers Association’s conference “Farming in the Face of Climate Change” on March 7, in Unity, Maine. He described the report’s focus and the history of state activities leading to the first report in 2009, subsequent adaptation initiatives, and highlighted some of the differences in Maine and society on this issue today.
