Master's Students


Tim Michel
Since completing his Master’s degree, Tim has been working for Milestone Microwave Laboratory Systems in Connecticut. It sounds like he very much enjoys his job, including the annual training in Italy!

Shaina Doyle Keseley
After completing her Master’s degree, Shaina conducted water quality monitoring for the Lake County Health Department in Waukegan, Illinois, for two years before moving back to Minnesota. She now works for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.



Caren Scott
Caren is currently working on her Ph.D. in Ecology at the University of Toronto.

Erin Wilcox
Erin is currently working at the Great Lakes Water Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Carmen is currently working for the Alaskan Department of Fish and Game as an Arctic Regional Coordinator.

Lisa is currently working on a Master’s in Environmental Management at Duke University.

Rita is currently finishing up her Ph.D. at the Center for Integrative Toxicology at Michigan State University.

Maggie is currently a research biologist at ChemTreat, Inc., in Richmond, Virginia.

Jarvis is finishing up his Master’s degree at UW-La Crosse while working in the Milwaukee area.

Jessica is working on her Master’s degree at the Northern Gulf Institute at Louisiana State University. She enjoys telling the Mainers how hot it is down there…..



Audra Devault
Audra is serving in the Peace Corps in Malawi.

Kristen Pitts
Kristen recently finished her Master’s degree in Fish & Wildlife at Kansas State University. She now serves as the first Lapham Fellow for American Rivers in Washington, D.C.

Lindsy is currently working on a Master's degree in cell biology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
