Thanks for your interest in the Glaciology group at the University of Maine's Climate Change Institute. Our research focuses on the interplay between ice sheets, climate and sea level. We are currently working on projects in both polar regions and other glacierized parts of the world, through a combination of field work, satellite remote sensing, and modeling. Our work is funded by NASA's Cryospheric Sciences Program and NSF's Office of Polar Programs.

New! Read about our Greenland work in the New York Times.
