The Institute is housed in three buildings. Administration and some offices are in Bryand Global Sciences Center. Anthropology labs and offices are located in South Stevens Hall. The remaining offices and labs are located in Sawyer Environmental Research Center.

Directions to Bryand and Sawyer From the South Exit 191:
  1. Coming from the south on I-95, take Kelley Road Exit (#191).
  2. Turn right at end of exit ramp. Drive 1 mile to the red flashing light.
  3. Turn left onto Route 2.
  4. Drive 2.5 miles to the third set of traffic lights.
  5. Turn left onto College Avenue.
  6. Turn right on to Munson Road, just after Buchanan Alumni Center at the UMaine sign (flag poles).
  7. Follow Munson around the curve to Sebago Road, between Merrill Hall and The Maples.
  8. Turn right on to Sebago Road. Go a short block to Grove Street Extension and turn right.
  9. Take Grove Street Extension past the Greenhouse and Libby Hall to Bryand and Sawyer, the last two buildings on your left.
  10. Park in the first row of space in front of Bryand, Black Visitor spaces.
  11. We are on the third floor of Bryand and the first floor in Sawyer.

Directions to South Stevens Hall From the South Exit 191:
